Hmmm….based on what little you’ve said here, it looks like your are doing things a little backward.
I would reccomend that you do your homework first and figure what business you have a passion for. Formulate a solid business plan, get capitol,have an exit strategy and start do your market research and market testing…then look for an office.
The only business you might possible be able to start, just by renting an office (with no business plan) is maybe a storage business. Charge someone else to store stuff in you new office space.
